Electrical Test Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform final electrical testing and troubleshooting of inverter product lines (125W to 18KW)
- Conduct PCB assembly testing, including microprocessor programming
- Utilize test equipment (multimeters, power analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.) for functional testing and troubleshooting
- Ensure quality validation and documentation of tested equipment
- Identify and resolve equipment breakdowns
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations
Requirements:
- Ability to read system-level and PCB electrical schematics
- Experience with single-phase and multi-phase AC voltages (120/277 VAC, 120/208, 277/480 VAC)
- Familiarity with DC circuits, AC-DC, and DC-AC converters
- Strong math skills for power and load calculations
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for internal test documentation
