Job Title: Contract Admin
Location: Pennsauken, NJ
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Scheduled: Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm
Payrate: $25-$30/hr
We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team! This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing contract documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and facilitate the execution of contracts and legal agreements.
- Manage third-party agreements using contract management software (LinkSquares).
- Identify potential risks in contracts and negotiate unfavorable terms.
- Coordinate approval workflows, ensuring all necessary reviews are completed before execution.
- Maintain accurate contract records and legal documents, including insurance certificates.
- Work with accounting to ensure contracts are properly set up for billing.
Document and log accounting-related contract items. - Assist with contract bonds and required legal notices.
- Monitor contract-related email inboxes and act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams.
- Adapt to changing procedures and deadlines as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of legal requirements related to contract law.
- Proficiency in MS Office and contract management software (SharePoint, LinkSquares, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong reading and writing skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of contracts efficiently.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required.
