Line Lead
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM–11:30 AM
Pay: $21.00+ Based on Experience
Location: Feasterville-Trevose, PA
Job Details for Line Lead:
- Schedule for Line Lead: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM (40 hours/week)
- Pay Rate: $21/hour, more with specific experience
Job Responsibilities & Description for Line Lead:
- Lead a team of assembly workers to achieve production goals.
- Collaborate with plant leader to prioritize assembly tasks.
- Train new employees in assembly and packaging techniques to ensure consistent quality.
- Communicate on shortages or schedule delays.
- Ensure employees adhere to policies and procedures and participate in performance reviews.
Job Requirements for Line Lead:
- Experience in a supervisory or lead-person role in a teamwork oriented environment.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing systems and good manufacturing practices (GMP’s).
- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
- High School Diploma.
