Title: Collections Representative
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ 08054
Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Two days: 9:15 AM - 6:00 PM
- Three days: 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM
Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to consumers with past-due accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Ensure full compliance with debt collection laws and regulations.
- Adhere to collection scripts and processes for consistent results.
- Document all activities accurately using our system.
- Maintain empathy and professionalism while securing outstanding balances.
- Handle a 40-hour work week with flexibility for varied schedules.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience within a debt collections in a call center environment.
- Familiar with various debt collection computer systems, call dialer, and knowledge of FDCPA.
- 3rd party debt collections experience a plus.
