The role involves processing invoices, payments, and payroll, as well as maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely follow-ups on aging invoices. The ideal candidate will be proficient with financial software, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Bookkeeper JobDescription:
Invoice Management: Process invoices accurately and on time, adhering to company policies.
Payment Processing: Manage accounts payable, including verifying, reconciling, and processing vendor payments.
Payroll Administration: Run payroll weekly using ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll schedules.
Aging Invoice Oversight: Monitor and manage aging invoices, proactively addressing overdue accounts.
Client Communication: Contact clients regarding past-due invoices to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships.
Financial Tools: Utilize QuickBooks and ConnectWise for financial tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.
Reporting: Prepare regular financial statements and updates on accounts payable, receivable, and payroll activities.
