Location: Camden, NJ
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented OST Consultant to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting retailers to obtain repair orders, confirming that repair orders match system records, and preparing detailed spreadsheets. This role requires precision, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Call retailers to collect repair orders and verify accuracy against system records.
- Prepare and organize spreadsheets in chronological order.
- Transpose information from repair orders onto spreadsheets verbatim.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail, as these are legal documents that can be subpoenaed.
- Comfortable working with laptops, multiple screens, and in-house CRM systems.
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheet setup and data input.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
