Job Title: Concrete Laborer
Location: Telford, PA
Company Overview: We are hiring Skilled/General Laborers in Montgomeryville County. This position supports the largest manufacturer of building products and materials in North America. Pay Range: $20-23+/hour
Hours: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6am-230pm - Overtime offered

Key Responsibilities:
- Strip and clean concrete forms and products
- Measuring, Cutting, Bending Rebar
- Prepare steal molds for filling with concrete
- Perform basic carpentry skills
- Facility maintenance and housekeeping
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing or construction experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic math and measurements - a MUST
- Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day
Concrete pouring and finishing, Formwork setup and dismantling, Rebar placement and tying, Site preparation and cleanup, Construction equipment operation, Mixing and handling materials, Blueprint and schematic interpretation, Leveling and grading, Demolition and debris removal, Power tools (jackhammers, drills, saws), Hand tools (trowels, hammers, levels, chisels), Heavy machinery (skid steers, concrete mixers, backhoes), Laser levels and measuring tools, Vibrators for concrete consolidation, Pneumatic tools, Outdoor construction sites, Physical labor in varying weather conditions, Compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standard, Concrete forming and finishing, Carpentry or masonry background, Infrastructure projects (bridges, roads, buildings), Residential or commercial construction experience
