SCHEDULE/HOURS: Mon- Fri 9am-5pm EST
Pay Rate: $24-$28 hour depending on previous experience
Contract Administrator Responsibilities:
- Utilize Salesforce to log and update tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Oversee and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Conduct thorough reviews of purchase order contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and customer specifications
- Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
- Update orders as needed and communicate changes to the customer effectively and in a timely manner
- Communicate and flow down customer requirements to relevant departments to ensure compliance and clarity
- Prepare and process customer quotes, updating them as necessary
- Respond to and handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues effectively
- Address and resolve customer issues swiftly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed assigned performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization
Contract Administrator Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math.
- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a manufacturing or technical industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and software for customer management and order processing
- Ability to work quickly and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
