Position Overview
As the Controller, you will oversee the day-to-day financial planning and accounting functions, including reporting, investment management, budgeting, payroll, and compliance. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the organization’s financial health and operational efficiency, guiding critical decisions that sustain and enhance our community.
Location: Warminster, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, overtime may be required
Salary: $120,000-130,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Lead external audits and manage tax compliance, including Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal/state filings.
- Develop and refine financial reports and tools to provide actionable insights for managers and stakeholders.
Operational Oversight
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, cash control, and compliance functions.
- Establish and maintain systems to verify the integrity of financial data and processes.
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to optimize accounts receivable processes.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering professional growth and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the Board’s Finance Committee and executive leadership to support strategic initiatives.
- Participate in special projects, providing financial expertise to support organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience, ideally within a complex organizational environment.
- Expertise in accounting software, financial analysis, and GAAP standards.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Skills
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Leadership experience, with a focus on team development and strategic thinking.
