We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep to work for a distribution company in Warminster, PA. This role is responsible for working closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by handling questions or complaints. The goal of each call is to listen, address, and resolve any concerns our customers may have.

Process orders, forms, applications, requests and make modifications and work with invoices
Work with different internal teams cross functionally
Knowledgeable about products offered
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Customer Service Rep Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Comfortable using computers, experience with Salesforce a plus
Ability to stay calm when customers are upset
