Pay Rate is $18/hour
- Assemble product and components according to specifications and work orders.
- Operate manufacturing equipment.
- Measure and prepare materials for assembly and packaging.
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and workmanship.
- Package finished products for shipment and delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedules.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Report equipment issues, quality concerns, and safety hazards to supervisors.
