Maintenance Supervisor | 1st Shift

Join a growing production team as a Maintenance Supervisor and take the lead in keeping critical production equipment running at peak performance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside your team, troubleshoot equipment, coordinate with OEM technicians, and drive preventative maintenance efforts that keep operations moving.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-6 maintenance mechanics
- Serve as the primary maintenance expert for BlueCrest inserting equipment
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment including RISO printers and other automated systems
- Coordinate OEM service visits, contractors, and facility repairs
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and reduce equipment downtime
- Support building systems including HVAC, compressors, and generators as needed
- Promote a strong safety culture and enforce lockout/tagout procedures
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
- Experience leading teams or coordinating maintenance activities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Bonus Points For
⭐ Experience with BlueCrest, RISO, mailing, printing, packaging, or high-speed automated equipment⭐ Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, servo drives, or machine controls⭐ Technical certifications, trade school, or associate degree
