Client Intake Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $21/hour

Client Intake Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, and clients.
- Conduct initial intake and eligibility screenings for program participants.
- Route inquiries and messages to appropriate staff members.
- Maintain accurate intake documentation and client records.
- Coordinate with Program Managers, Case Managers, and support staff to facilitate client services.
- Assist with office administration, filing, supply management, and general office organization.
- Open and secure the office daily.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive client information.
- Support special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Client Intake Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, front desk operations, intake coordination, nonprofit services, or a related role.
- Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of Veteran services, housing programs, or community-based support programs preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
