Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates - Utility IV to join a fast-paced production team. This role supports the Rental Division by performing a variety of production and warehouse-related tasks as directed by the shift supervisor. Responsibilities may vary daily and can include loading and unloading trucks, staging materials and garments, supporting production operations, and filling in for team members during absences or vacations. Successful candidates will be flexible, safety-focused, and committed to maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and stage garments, materials, and products for processing or shipment.
- Perform a variety of production support functions as assigned.
- Move materials throughout the facility as needed.
- Fill in across production departments to support operational needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and production areas.
- Meet daily quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in close proximity to team members for extended periods.
- Must maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable handling soiled materials while using appropriate protective equipment.
- Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and work assignments.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.
- Frequent bending, reaching, stretching, twisting, and repetitive motion.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday.
- Ability to perform physical labor in a production environment.
- Comfortable working under production deadlines and performance expectations.
