Position Overview-SET Warehouse Reel Surge Worker
We are seeking an experienced SET Warehouse Reel Surge Worker to support warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations for a leading telecommunications infrastructure company. This role involves operating forklifts, unloading flatbed trucks, handling large cable reels and materials, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
SET Warehouse Reel Surge Worker
• Safely unload flatbed trucks and incoming shipments.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move and store inventory.
• Receive, inspect, and organize materials, equipment, and cable reels.
• Prepare, assemble, package, and ship tools, equipment, and project materials.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing assets.
• Perform equipment inspections, battery checks, and basic maintenance activities.
• Verify calibration and certification of tools and equipment before shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support project logistics.
• Complete required documentation and timesheets accurately and on time.
Qualifications
SET Warehouse Reel Surge Worker
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong forklift operating experience required; certification preferred.
• Experience unloading flatbed trucks and handling heavy materials.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card. Company-paid.
