Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder (2nd Shift)
Location: Baltimore, MD
Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Overtime: Required as Needed
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join a fast-paced production team. In this role, you will be responsible for folding garment, linen, and bulk products, preparing items for delivery, and maintaining production standards in a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities
- Fold garment, linen, and bulk products manually or using industrial folding equipment.
- Count and organize folded products accurately.
- Prepare bundles of clean products for customer delivery.
- Push carts and bins of linen and bulk products throughout the production area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Meet daily production quotas and quality standards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong attendance record and dependable work history.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions including bending, stretching, turning, and reaching.
- Ability to push carts and bins containing linen and bulk products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or laundry experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequent bending, stretching, reaching, and turning.
- Push and move carts or bins of products.
- Perform repetitive production tasks consistently throughout the workday.
- Work in a fast-paced production environment while meeting performance expectations.
