1st Shift Electrical Assembler
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with electrical wiring or panel assembly experience who enjoy hands-on work and working with electrical components.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical components, wire harnesses, and control panels
- Install wiring, breakers, busbars, and related electrical parts
- Use hand tools and power tools to build and modify assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Perform basic electrical testing using multimeters and visual inspections
- Follow all safety, quality, and work instruction standards
- Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of electrical wiring or panel assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Basic electrical knowledge through school, training, or hands-on experience
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record
- High School Diploma or GED required
