Schedule
- Sunday through Friday
- Off Saturdays plus one weekday
- Start time: 5:30 PM
- Typical shifts are 9-10 hours, until work is complete
- Overtime available and expected as business demands
What You'll Do
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Meet productivity goals of 100-140 items per hour
- Operate an electric pallet jack
- Use warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Work in cold and wet warehouse environments
- Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of order selecting experience required
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Experience operating an electric pallet jack
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Basic math and counting skills
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable working in cold conditions and providing your own cold-weather PPE
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
