Production Operator Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production equipment
- Load raw materials and components into machinery
- Perform routine quality inspections throughout the production process
- Identify and report equipment or product issues to leadership
- Follow production schedules and standard operating procedures
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
Material Handler Responsibilities
- Supply production lines with materials and components as needed
- Move finished products throughout the facility safely and efficiently
- Scan, track, and document inventory and production materials
- Ensure production areas remain stocked to minimize downtime
- Assist with inventory control and material movement processes
- Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed
- Maintain organization and cleanliness within designated work areas
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or material handling environments preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable working around machinery and automated equipment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing or production operations
- Material handling and inventory management
- RF scanner or inventory tracking systems
- Assembly line or machine operation experience
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull materials
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work safely in an active manufacturing environment
