Pay Progression
- Start at $19.45/hr
- Increase to $20.35/hr after 3 months
- Increase to $21.50/hr after 6 months
- Increase to $21.90/hr after 9 months
- Increase to $22.75/hr after 12 months
Available Shifts
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do
- Assemble filter products according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Operate hydraulic presses and use hand and power tools
- Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process
- Wash, test, repair, and rework products as needed
- Access work orders and engineering drawings using company computer systems
- Support multiple areas within the assembly department through cross-training
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist with production goals and overtime as needed
What We're Looking For
- Assembly, manufacturing, production, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and diagrams
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Safety-toe shoes required
