Peopleshare is hiring for a hands-on Warehouse Production Supervisor to lead a team of 20+ employees in a regulated GMP environment. This role requires active floor leadership, stepping into shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and forklift operations to maintain workflow and eliminate bottlenecks.
Location: South Plainfield, NJ
Shift: 1st | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $28–$30/hr DOE
Type: Direct Hire / Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse team leadership — supervise, train, and motivate 20+ employees.
- Floor operations — maintain visibility and jump in as needed.
- GMP compliance — ensure proper documentation and adherence to CAPA, OOS, and Deviation processes.
- Inventory systems — utilize RF scanners and warehouse software for accurate data.
- Operate sit-down Toyota forklifts for staging and material flow.
- Communicate expectations, safety standards, and daily goals in English & Spanish.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred (not required).
- Strong writing/documentation skills for GMP reporting.
- Experience with CAPA, OOS, and Deviation processes.
- Hands-on leadership style — able to physically support warehouse operations.
- Proficiency with RF scanners, warehouse systems, and basic computer skills.
- Practical sit-down forklift experience.
