Location: Woodbridge, NJ (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
Compensation: $52,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $70,000-$100,000+)

Unlike traditional sales roles, you'll work with inbound leads and customer inquiries rather than cold calling. We provide the training, tools, and support needed to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries regarding insurance products
- Provide quotes for auto, homeowners, renters, and related insurance policies
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Educate customers on policy features, benefits, and pricing
- Build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Close sales and accurately document customer information
- Maintain knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and state regulations
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a consultative approach to sales
- Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to obtain a New Jersey Property & Casualty License within the first 4 weeks of employment (company-paid)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Goal-driven and motivated by performance-based earnings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
