Location: Edison, NJ
Pay: $70,000 – $78,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm (with rotating on-call and weekend coverage)

Job Summary
This role will involve a mix of plant and field work, supporting the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment across pumping stations, water storage facilities, and related systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair pumps, motors, HVAC systems, and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
- Service chemical feed systems and monitoring equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and support system upgrades
- Inspect system protection and emergency equipment (generators, lighting, etc.)
- Maintain accurate repair records and parts inventory using CMMS
- Assist with facility upkeep and support emergency response efforts
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license
- 6+ years of experience in industrial or mechanical maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot independently
- Experience with CMMS systems
- Safety-focused mindset (OSHA/HAZWOPER experience is a plus)
- Backgrounds in water/wastewater, chemical processing, or similar industrial environments are highly transferable
