Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to support laboratory operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The Lab Technician assists with testing, sample preparation, documentation, equipment maintenance, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, label, organize, and track laboratory samples for analysis.
- Perform routine laboratory testing following approved procedures and protocols.
- Record test results accurately and maintain laboratory documentation in compliance with GMP requirements.
- Assist scientists, chemists, and quality control personnel with laboratory activities and studies.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments according to established procedures.
- Ensure laboratory work areas remain clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
- Follow all company safety policies, GMP regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in investigations, troubleshooting, and quality improvement activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field preferred.
- Entry-level candidates with relevant laboratory coursework are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
- Basic understanding of laboratory practices and scientific testing procedures.
- Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation and quality control testing.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical quality standards.
