PeopleShare is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor in Allentown, NJ.
We’re looking for an experienced maintenance leader to oversee daily operations, perform preventive maintenance, and support a high‑volume production environment.
Pay: $45-$47/hr
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm
What you’ll do:
Lead and train maintenance staff, manage schedules, and approve timecards
Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and production machinery
Troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagrams, manuals, and precision instruments
Fabricate repair parts and manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
Maintain and update SOPs, JHAs, and LOTO documentation
Support the Maintenance Manager with workflow planning, task delegation, and production priorities
Enforce safety standards and ensure high‑quality, efficient operations
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of management experience
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience in fast‑paced production environments
Excellent communication, time management, and leadership abilities
High attention to detail and consistent use of PPE
Physical Requirements:
Standing/walking for prolonged periods
Ability to bend, stretch, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
