Details
- Work a Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm schedule and enjoy a three-day weekend every week.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
- Program, edit, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision-machined components.
- Read blueprints, interpret GD&T specifications, verify first-piece inspections, and perform quality checks throughout production runs.
- Troubleshoot machine operations, adjust tooling and offsets, complete production documentation, and maintain equipment and work areas.

Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of CNC mill and/or lathe experience preferred.
- Strong blueprint reading skills, GD&T knowledge, machining math, and experience using precision measurement equipment.
- Ability to program and/or edit CNC programs, perform machine setups, and work with minimal supervision.
