Responsibilities
- Manage non-conforming materials, customer returns, rejections, and corrective action activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and work with team members to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform and support FAI, PFMEA, PPAP, process mapping, control plans, standardized work instructions, and training initiatives.
- Verify inspection procedures and maintain ISO documentation to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Assist production teams in making quality-related decisions and improving overall manufacturing processes.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of quality experience, preferably in metals manufacturing, steel processing, or a related industrial environment.
- Knowledge of ISO quality systems, quality documentation, inspections, and corrective action processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, training, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain electronic and written quality records accurately and professionally.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in manufacturing quality, metal processing, machining, fabrication, or industrial operations.
- Familiarity with FAI, PFMEA, PPAP, root cause analysis, and quality management systems.
