Quality Control Inspector

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to perform in-process and final inspections on manufactured products. This position requires hands-on quality inspection experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to verify dimensions using tape measures and other basic measuring tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and final product inspections on the production floor
- Conduct visual inspections to identify defects, damage, and quality concerns
- Verify dimensions and specifications using tape measures and basic measuring instruments
- Ensure products meet customer requirements and company quality standards
- Record inspection findings accurately using handheld tablets and computer systems
- Document non-conforming products and communicate issues to production personnel
- Maintain accurate quality records and inspection documentation
Qualifications
- Previous Quality Control or Quality Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong visual inspection experience
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
- Basic computer skills for entering inspection results into handheld tablets
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards
- Manufacturing quality, final inspection, or in-process inspection experience preferred
