Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, operate, and monitor coating and production equipment to ensure efficient operation and product quality.
- Perform inspections, inventory transactions, preventative maintenance, and accurate production documentation.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment while communicating effectively with supervisors and teammates to keep production running smoothly.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; previous production or manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn equipment operations, perform calculations, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive movements, lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, and work safely around manufacturing equipment.
