- Work a consistent Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-5:00am schedule and enjoy a three-day weekend most weeks.

Responsibilities
- Assist lead operators with machine setup, material preparation, changeovers, inspections, and production activities.
- Monitor material quality, identify defects, minimize waste, and help maintain production efficiency.
- Complete production records, maintain housekeeping standards, and support a safe, team-oriented work environment.

Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience required; slitter machine, laminating, coating, or web-handling experience is a plus.
- Forklift experience, strong math skills, and the ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift when needed with team assistance and hoists, maintain excellent attendance, and pass a basic math assessment.
