Medical Claims Specialist Job Details
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
Hourly Pay Rate: $22.00
Type: Full-time, Contract
Medical Claims Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- Process and review healthcare-related claims and reimbursement requests according to established guidelines.
- Communicate with participants to explain requirements, documentation, and claim submission procedures.
- Verify information, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely processing of requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive and confidential information.
Medical Claims Specialist Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare claims, medical billing, insurance verification, or a related healthcare support role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately manage documentation and data entry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
