We’re seeking an experienced Chemical Operator to join our production team and step into a key role replacing an outgoing retirement. This position is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in flavor & fragrance manufacturing (preferred) or food production (next best), who is ready to contribute to a safe, efficient, and high‑quality chemical operation.
Pay: $23–$25/hr,
Schedule: Monday- Friday 6am–2pm
Location: Sayreville, NJ

Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and adjust chemical processing equipment
Follow batch sheets, SOPs, and safety protocols
Handle raw materials, measure ingredients, and perform accurate chemical additions
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance in all production areas
Perform basic troubleshooting and communicate equipment or process issues
Support quality checks, documentation, and production reporting
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Required Experience:
3–5 years working in a chemical plant, ideally in flavor & fragrance
Food production experience accepted as a strong secondary background
Solid understanding of chemical handling, batching, and production workflows
Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork
