The Packaging Helper supports pharmaceutical manufacturing operations by assisting with the packaging, labeling, and inspection of finished products in a GMP‑regulated environment. This role works closely with line leads, machine operators, and quality personnel to ensure products are packaged accurately, safely, and in compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Shift: M-F 7am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with packaging line operations including loading components, feeding bottles/blisters, and preparing materials for production.
- Inspect products for defects, correct labeling, and proper sealing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform manual packaging tasks such as labeling, counting, sorting, and assembling components.
- Support machine operators by supplying materials, clearing jams, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
- Follow GMP, SOPs, and batch record instructions with strict attention to accuracy and documentation.
- Complete required paperwork including counts, line clearances, and component verification.
- Maintain cleanliness of the packaging area to support safety and compliance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with production, quality, and warehouse teams to meet daily output goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, or manufacturing packaging preferred.
- Ability to follow written instructions, batch records, and SOPs with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
- Basic math and counting skills for component verification.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed.
- Willingness to work in a GMP‑controlled cleanroom or packaging area.
