PeopleShare, Inc. is actively recruiting a Sterilization Operator for a specialized manufacturing.
This is a critical, high-impact role responsible for monitoring and operating the sterilizer system, ensuring the overall integrity and flow of customer products through the facility.
As a Sterilization Operator, you will monitor pressure, temperature, and relative humidity measurements, handle products safely before and after processing, and ensure strict compliance with SOPs and applicable regulatory standards (ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820).

Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm (Must be willing to work overtime as needed)
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate sterilizer systems, ensuring correct cycle parameters (pressure, temperature, relative humidity) are achieved and maintained.
Adjust controls, valves, and system settings in accordance with validated process specifications and SOPs.
Perform pre-cycle setup and post-cycle unloading activities, including verifying product identification, load configuration, label creation, and palletization.
Document all process readings and cycle data accurately in batch records, logbooks, or electronic systems to ensure full compliance and audit readiness.
Observe sterilizers and auxiliary units to detect malfunctions, report abnormal performance or alarms to the supervisor immediately, and assist Engineering/Maintenance with troubleshooting and repairs.
Perform daily and weekly equipment preventive maintenance tasks and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sterilization and staging areas.
Handle the unloading, packaging, shipping, and proper storage/removal of processing chemicals in accordance with established procedures and laws.
Participate in plant safety committees and strictly adhere to all EHS and established safety rules and regulations.
Actively identify and propose enhancements to processes, systems, or procedures to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Mandatory: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in technology (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, etc.) preferred.
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience working in a sterilization, chemical, or regulated production environment preferred.
Direct hands-on experience with mechanical devices, tools, testing equipment, and forklift driving.
Strong working knowledge of basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals).
Familiarity with utilizing technology, including laptops and software such as Microsoft Office, for administrative duties.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs, frequently lift up to 50 lbs, and occasionally lift/push/pull 100+ lbs; comfortable standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces or under equipment.
