We’re hiring a Sterilization Process Operator to join a growing team in Branchburg. This role is responsible for monitoring and operating sterilization equipment, handling product before/after processing, and ensuring all documentation and safety procedures are followed.
Shift: 1st Shift, 7:30am–4:00pm
Pay: $23–$25/hr (DOE)

What You’ll Do:
Monitor sterilizer systems and verify pressure, temperature, and humidity readings
Adjust valves, controls, and system settings per SOPs
Perform pre‑cycle setup and post‑cycle unloading
Document cycle data, readings, and batch records accurately
Identify abnormal system performance and report issues immediately
Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Safely handle, store, and move product and chemicals
Support packaging, shipping, and staging activities
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all cGMP/ISO procedures
Assist with continuous improvement and other tasks as assigned
What You Need:
High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree in mechanical/electrical/HVAC preferred)
6 months–1 year experience in sterilization, chemical, or manufacturing environment preferred
Comfortable working with mechanical equipment, tools, and testing devices
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Ability to use computers and Microsoft Office
