Experienced Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Frederick, MD team. In this role, you will support temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, driven by results, and passionate about creating a strong candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities across administrative, and light industrial positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates for open job opportunities.
- Post job advertisements and maintain an active recruiting presence through networking and career platforms such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
- Maintain excellent communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, assist with resume development, and conduct onboarding orientations.
- Follow all hiring guidelines, including background checks, drug testing, reference checks, documentation, and other pre-employment requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, hiring, interviewing, and/or scheduling hourly associates is required.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and changing demands.
- Experience working in roles with key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable goals.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- High sense of urgency with the ability to move processes forward efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and clients.
- Demonstrated long-term job tenure and a track record of reliability and professionalism.
