What You’ll Do
- Be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for customers and vendors—answering calls, resolving issues, and building relationships.
- Handle scheduling, service verification, follow-up calls, and service coordination.
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Use our internal system to log all customer interactions and track service tickets.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver a seamless experience.
- Participate in our emergency call rotation (one week/month)—you’ll be equipped with a company laptop and phone.
- The Department is staffed 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday although emergency calls are accepted 24/7/365.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in customer service, ideally in a call center, hospitality, construction, or facilities environment.
Education: Associate’s Degree in Business or related field OR equivalent experience.
