Manufacturing Purchaser
Location: Warminster, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, First Shift
Pay Rate: $50,000–$60,000 per year salary
Manufacturing Purchaser Job Responsibilities
Create and manage purchase orders for materials and supplies
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed
Maintain supplier, purchasing, and inventory records
Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
Resolve purchasing and inventory issues, including shortages and returns
Partner with warehouse and operations teams to ensure materials are available for production
Generate purchasing and inventory reports and assist with administrative tasks
Manufacturing Purchaser Qualifications
2–5 years of purchasing, inventory, warehouse, shipping, assembly, or manufacturing experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of measurements
Proficient with computer systems and data entry
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
