Production Operator
Location: North Wales, PA
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Shifts Available: 1st Shift or 3rd Shift
Job Responsibilities for Production Operator
Measure, weigh, and handle raw materials according to production specifications
Load raw materials into production equipment and processing systems
Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment to maintain production requirements
Follow batch records, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
Perform quality checks throughout the production process
Record production data accurately and complete required documentation
Maintain cleanliness of production areas and equipment
Assist with material movement and inventory activities as needed
Follow all company safety policies and GMP procedures
Job Requirements for Production Operator
Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or material handling experience preferred
Ability to safely work with raw materials and follow detailed instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
