What You’ll Do as an Inspector
Maintain safety standards and ensure all shop rules and housekeeping requirements are followed.
Coordinate daily cell operations to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
Communicate with Process Technicians across shifts to ensure seamless handoffs.
Complete production reports, machine setups, and process documentation accurately and on time.
Identify equipment issues and use the blue/red tag system to recommend repairs.
Work closely with leadership including the Production Manager and Shift Coordinator.
What We’re Looking For:
Someone reliable, safety‑minded, and ready to take ownership of their work.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
Able to wear safety‑toed shoes.
Willing to complete a standard background check (case‑by‑case approval) and drug test.
