Production Supervisor, Machining Job Description:
Supervise daily machining operations, assign work, monitor production schedules, and ensure quality and productivity goals are achieved.
Coach, train, and support employees while fostering a safe, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshoot production challenges, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Production Supervisor Job Requirements:
3-5 years of machining leadership, supervisory, or related manufacturing experience.
Strong knowledge of machining processes, production planning, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
