PeopleShare, Inc. is hiring a direct hire, Marketplace Operations Specialist for a leading innovator, marketer, and producer of quality branded products for the pet, lawn, and garden supplies markets in Monroe, NJ. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support e-commerce growth and expansion across major marketplaces in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate communication between the E-commerce Sales team, S&OP, Shipping department, and Operations Warehouse team to ensure efficient process flow and meet shipment timelines.
Shipment Management: Create shipments in Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center; document and share shipment information across teams.
Logistics & Labeling: Create and print all outbound labels; track and troubleshoot in-transit shipments to ensure inventory is regularly available.
ERP & Data Maintenance: Enter transfers into the ERP system to ensure proper inventory flow through locations; maintain a database and documentation of all shipments.
Issue Resolution: Follow up on outstanding shipments and open issues; coordinate with inventory control and customers regarding shortages or inventory reconciliation.
Channel Support: Serve as the main point of contact cross-functionally for all direct-to-consumer customer channel orders and support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting needs.
Qualifications:
E-Commerce Experience: 1+ years’ experience in e-commerce with prior experience supporting Amazon Seller Central. Walmart Marketplace experience is preferred.
Logistics Experience: 2+ years’ experience in logistics/shipping with prior experience handling LTL/FTL shipments.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces (particularly Amazon and Walmart) and experience with inventory management and complex case resolution.
Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP systems); ability to quickly learn new tools and technology.
Soft Skills: Highly organized, proactive, quick learner, with strong written and verbal cross-functional communication skills.
