HVAC Service Manager – Residential
This role oversees and leads residential HVAC service operations throughout New Jersey
HVAC Service Manager role is between $90,000–$105,000 annually depending on overall experience, leadership background, and technical capabilities.Â
Responsibilities include:
- Managing day‑to‑day HVAC service operations
- Supervising and supporting HVAC service technicians
- Managing scheduling and workflow
- Training and mentoring technicians
- Handling escalated service and customer issues
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality
- Working closely with the HVAC Maintenance Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Previous HVAC service management or lead experience
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively
- EPA Type II certification required
HVAC Technicians (4 Openings)
Multiple openings for residential HVAC Service Technicians with consistent work and strong support.
HVAC Technicians, the compensation range is $33-$42/hour
Responsibilities include:
- Installing furnaces, condensers, air handlers, mini splits, and rooftop units
- Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigeration issues
- Performing preventative maintenance and seasonal inspections
- Repairing and replacing HVAC components
- Reading schematics and wiring diagrams
- Completing service records and work orders
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of HVAC installation and service experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Reliable and team‑oriented
- EPA Type II certification required
