PeopleShare is seeking an experienced Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily packaging operations and ensure products are filled, packaged, and prepared for distribution according to strict quality and safety standards. This role plays a key part in leading production teams, maintaining workflow efficiency, and supporting a safe, compliant manufacturing environment.
📍 Location: Monroe, NJ  ⏱ Schedule: 2nd Shift | Approximately 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM(train on 1st)  Pay: $65,000-$70,.000k
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and consistently use required PPE.
Lead, mentor, and direct packaging staff to meet production goals and company objectives.
Monitor and document production output and personnel performance; hold team members accountable and administer corrective action when needed.
Communicate material or equipment issues to Maintenance to minimize downtime.
Enforce compliance with cGMP, HACCP, and all food safety standards.
Review and execute daily production schedules; adjust labor allocation as needed.
Collaborate with Inventory teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience as a Packaging Supervisor or similar leadership role in manufacturing/production.
Strong understanding of packaging operations and production processes.
Proven ability to manage time, delegate tasks, and lead teams effectively.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
