Human Resources Generalist Job Details:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay Rate: $50K - $55K annually

Human Resources Generalist Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests
- Manage recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding/termination processes
- Maintain accurate hard copy and digital employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Assist with performance management processes, including documentation and tracking
- Process weekly payroll, including preparation and distribution of related reports
- Administer employee benefits and Workers’ Compensation programs
- Prepare, track, and submit reports on general HR activity
- Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Human Resources Generalist Job Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of HR generalist or HR coordinator experience preferred
- Spanish Bilingual Highly Preferred
- Working knowledge of payroll processing and HR administrative functions
- Familiarity with benefits administration and basic workers’ compensation processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
