Machine Operator Job Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm or 1:00pm to 10:00pm
Pay Rate: $16.75/hour
Machine Operator Job Description:
- Operate machines to prepare products
- Set up equipment according to job orders
- Monitor tension, alignment, and speed during the production process
- Inspect product for defects or damage during operation
- Measure lengths and ensure products meet specification and quality standards
- Label finished product and prepare product for the next stage of production or shipment
Machine Operator Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in manufacturing environments preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
