Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Pottstown, PA. This position involves a combination of driving and hands‑on warehouse responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and contributing in multiple ways.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles for local and occasional out-of-state deliveries (approximately 70%warehouse work / 30% driving )
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and vehicle
Schedule
- Typical hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Overtime available as needed
- Occasional overnight stays required for out-of-state runs
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving materials
- Willingness to assist with warehouse duties beyond driving
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $23/hour
- Paid Time Off (PTO):
- Years 1–2: 9 days
- Years 3–8: 12 days
