🔥 What You’ll Do
- Coordinate on-time, error-free outbound shipments
- Manage inbound receipts, documentation, and ERP entries
- Act as the go-to liaison between warehouse, logistics, and customer service
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies & shipment issues
- Schedule dock appointments and carrier pickups
- Maintain accurate shipping records & documentation
- Support inventory audits, reporting, and process improvements
âś… What You Bring
- 3+ years in shipping, logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations
- Experience with WMS, ERP systems, or shipping software
- Strong background in inventory reconciliation & documentation
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and warehouse processes
- Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Experience with barcoding/RFID systems is a plus
