Inside Sales Support
Location: Gibbsboro, NJ
Company: Established Financial Services Firm
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1st Shift
Base Salary: $42,000 – $52,000
Expected First-Year Earnings: ~$70,000 (with bonuses)
Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and professional Inside Sales Support representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on building relationships, engaging with prospective clients, and driving revenue by presenting and selling company services.
With most leads provided, you’ll be able to focus on converting opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and achieving sales success.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell company services to new and existing clients
- Follow up on provided leads and convert them into long-term customers
- Prospect and contact potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed established sales targets within deadlines
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Schedule and manage follow-ups to maintain ongoing engagement
- Develop sales materials and deliver effective presentations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside/telephone sales experience
OR Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Experience in phone-based sales or customer-facing roles strongly preferred
- Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with or willingness to learn CRM systems
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of contract bid processes is a plus
