- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $23+/hr
Location: Souderton, PA
Extrusion Operator Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor extrusion machinery and production equipment
Set up machines and adjust settings to meet production specifications
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance concerns
Follow production schedules and safety procedures
Accurately complete production and quality documentation
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Work closely with production teams to meet daily output goals
Extrusion Operator Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or extrusion machine operating experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines
Dependable attendance and stable work history
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
