Customer Service Representative – Wholesale Division (On‑Site in Chicago)
Full Time Monday–Friday 11:30 AM – Close (approx. 8- 9 PM)
$19.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Process 100–150 wholesale orders daily with accuracy and efficiency
- Create invoices and ensure all documentation is complete
- Generate UPS shipping labels and prepare shipments
- Create Bills of Lading for outbound freight
- Use basic math to average tickets and verify order details
- Communicate with customers and sales reps via phone and email to provide exceptional service
